Acceptable identification documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Driver's License, Philippine Passport, and SSS/GSIS ID. phplago may request additional supporting documents at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplago login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. phplago will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must not share your phplago account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. phplago offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account. phplago accepts no liability for losses arising from accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the player.

All transactions on phplago are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. International transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawals may only be requested from accounts that have completed KYC verification. phplago reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigations, or compliance checks.

phplago reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and investigate the underlying account activity where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (b) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending; (c) required KYC documentation has not been submitted; or (d) bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
phplago may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. phplago reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active in a phplago account at any given time. Requesting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
All bets placed on phplago are subject to availability and phplago's acceptance. phplago reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, including bets placed by any individual account, at its sole discretion and without requiring justification.
phplago reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) there is evidence of technical errors affecting the game or odds; (c) the bet was placed in error by phplago or through a manifest pricing error; (d) the integrity of the event is reasonably called into question.
Sports betting on phplago — including bets on the PBA, NBA, UFC, football, boxing, and other sports markets — is subject to phplago's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform. These rules govern bet settlement, live betting, push/draw outcomes, and event postponement policies.
In the event of a technical malfunction in a game or live dealer table, phplago reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. No liability shall attach to phplago for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake for the affected round.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of phplago shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and phplago, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting phplago's support team. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's consumer complaints process. phplago will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated resolution process.
Subject to 16.2, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the above process.
phplago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phplago will notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, and will post the updated Terms on phplago.net with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of phplago following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
